Save "AutoRecover" Information by default
Have "Save AutoRecover information every ## minutes" turned on by default

I second this as especially when you install an update (and it turns it off), it does a poor job of notifying you that it is off. You will only know if you either previously are informed or if there is an issue, which would be the worst time to discover it. It should prompt you on install to turn on or off (and time between) and importantly, warn you if it is turned off by anything.

I agree with this. It is crazy to me that this application installs with autorecover turned off, especially since most Microsoft applications have it on by default. What this means is that most new users don't discover the gap until they have lost data - not cool. (Further, in my case, I have found the feature disabled multiple times, I assume from application updates.)
