show all pages side-by-side
The bottom of the Visio window has page tabs and the single drawing page that shows up in the main portion of the Visio window is limited to a single selected page/tab. I would like the main portion of the Visio window to have the option to show ALL pages side-by-side at the same time. The page tabs at the bottom could then be used to navigate to a single page view. Please consider adding a multiple-page view. Thank you.
Click new window
Grab one Entity and drag it to the side of the page, it will extend the current page so you can work side by side.
I was hoping to find this functionality. I have a large drawing which requires front and side view to be on separate pages. I want to be able to show two pages side by side to verify that the views are consistent. This needs to be in drawing mode (not print preview mode).
View -> Window options -> Arrange All
I'm using VISIO 2016 btw :)
Click Pager number "Page xx of xx" ->
In jump -out window, select the page you want to display ->
select "Open page in new window -> Click "OK".
You will see 2 or more pages side by side.

I have the same issue as I am doing multiple page swim lane flowcharts and find it hard to get the big picture or view enough pages to see how to reduce the number of pages
