Bundle Visio Pro in Business and Enterprise Office 365 Bundles (such as E3)
The only way to get Visio Pro for Office 365 is to add on a single license that costs more than the entire Office suite combined. I'd suggest bundling Visio in the ProPlus and E3 (and higher) Office 365 bundles. Visio used to be a pretty standard software application for businesses. Don't treat it as if it's not part of the same suite, at least not for the larger bundles.

If this post wasn't already up I would have posted it myself, word for word. I totally agree. I find it very surprising that this amazing product (Visio Pro) isn't even included in the highest/most expensive enterprise bundles. When I worked for a government agency, getting Visio Pro for our office staff was a huge process. We had to get it approved by assistant director over the division because of the effect on the budget. We had to justify it's need for each end user. It's such an amazing product that can make life a lot easier, and sometimes we got the okay, and sometimes we got a no from the AD (sometimes it didn't even make it all the way to the AD).
As a personal home end user, when you go to look for it at office365.com, it's hard to find, unless you know where to search for it. It's not even on the main office.com pages. Also, you can't get it as an end user. You have to have a business of sorts. You have to set up a domain, DNS entries for verification and other purposes, etc. Does the average person know how to do that or even what that is all about, no, but if they are delving into VIsio Pro I suppose they can at least get someone involved who does, but still, they shouldn't have to. They should be able to purchase it with their own personal Microsoft account, as in outlook.com, hotmail.com, msn.com, and not yourname.com or businessname.com. And as stated above, the cost of Visio shouldn't be more than some of the most premium packages alone. Sometimes I will get Visio Pro to work on a project and then drop it because it's not worth the constant payment. Then I will pick it up again. But Visio Online can't edit Visio Pro files, which turns it into a Visio VIewer, which we already have one of those for free. Visio Online really isn't any good or of any worth. You really need to bundle Visio Pro in ProPlus and E3 and Higher Office 365 bundles.
