Would be realy usefull to able to scroll sideways like up and down with the mouse
To scroll up or down you rotate the IntelliMouse wheel forward or backward.
What would be nice in Visio and OneNote is to able to scroll any direction by dragging the page using Ctrl key and the mouse lift key.
To be able to move quick on a large diagram without involving horizontal/vertical scroll bar.
That would be great. Some of my drawing consist of 9 A3 pages. you could imagine trying to scroll to find and object./

In addition to shft+scroll to scroll sideways, I find that the best way to quickly get around a large drawing is to zoom out/in quickly using ctrl/command and my scroll wheel while recentering my mouse over the place I want to zoom back into. It takes some time to get the scroll ballistics right especially if you're running Visio in Windows 10 under parallels.
Thanks for the suggestion. As mentioned below by Jerome it's possible to scroll sideways with the Shift key. For quickly moving around large diagrams you can also use the Pan/Zoom window. Some other good tips are mentioned in this article as well.. https://www.orbussoftware.com/blog/panning-and-zooming-in-visio-2013/
To scroll left or right, it is possible with the mouse wheel if the shift key is pressed.
But I agree with your suggestion to also be able to move in any direction by dragging the page with the mouse and some key combination.
