Make it widely available. Not just for PC
Visio is for PC. I would like to see it working everywhere like Creately diagram software - http://creately.com , an online tool. Web based version would solve the issue.

Should have a note that Visio doesn't work with Mac IoS
On your online service it does not show that the software will not work with Mac IoS.

Use visio online from Provider Hosted Application in SharePoint
We have Visio Files stored in a SharePoint list and would like to use (show and interact with) them in a Provider Hosted Application in SharePoint. We tried some situations but keep having issues with cross domain scripts, because the Provider Hosted Application lives on an App Web which has a different domain (https://<tenant>-<guid>.sharepoint.com) than the host web (https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com).
Is there already a solid working solution for this?

Allow line control nodes on connectors to snap to other connectors
When placing lines that lay along the same path as another there seems to be no way to snap overlapping lines to each other, or to the start/end nodes of other lines.
It would make things neater.2 votes -
Fill a property on shapes by vba code
Hey guys, Im on a new project in my company and I need to make some things in Visio 2016.
I want to write a vba code that create a property in shape data and then fill it with the container's shape name. Is there possible?
Ive already wrote a code that creat a property "Setor" in all shapes on the page, but I need to fill this property with the name of a container the shapes are into.
The code that Im using is this:
Private Sub Setorizacao()
Dim visShape As Visio.shape
Dim visPage As Visio.PageSet visPage =…

Allow picture resizing to keep aspect ratio
The instructions say this happens when grabbing a corner. It doesn't.

Allow dynamic data binding
I have a diagram linked to a SharePoint list. How can I dynamically bind my diagram shapes to different data rows? For example with a list web part on the same page, how can I make the diagram respond to the selected list row? Since creating a custom data provider is not possible in SharePoint Online, what is the alternative? Is this possible through the API?

Internet Explorer 11
Embedded Visio diagrams currently have a message on them in Internet Explorer 11, that the browser is unsupported. Can IE 11 be supported? This is one of our officially supported browsers internally and it would be difficult to switch.

print from the preview screen
It would be great if it were possible to print from a preview screen, so you can print from a computer that does not have visio

Allow document auto-save to be turned off
Include a setting in Visio Online to allow the user to turn off the auto-save feature. My prefered mode would be to only save a document when I fully intend this to happen. This would allow me to freely open and close document safe in the knowledge that they would retain there original state. Under this scenario, if the auto-save setting were set to false, a Save button would become visible in the UI and the document would only be saved if this button was pressed. (The usual warnings could also be surfaced if you try and exit with the…

Add an Offline Mode similar to Outlook Web Access
OWA for Office 365 let's you work offline if you enable offline mode in the settings. It would be great if this could be applied to Visio online also, for those occasions where WiFi is patchy.
Even if you could just view existing diagrams would be a good start
