Using Change Shape, you can swap the Process shape to a Decision shape with a single click. Just right-click the shape you want to change, select the Change Shape icon from the floatie, and choose the shape you want to replace with from the gallery provided. Hovering over shapes in the gallery will provide you with a live preview of the change so you can decide if it’s what you want before you click.

In VISIO Online, please add the functionality to zoom by pressing the "CTRL" key and scrolling up or down on the mouse wheel to zoom in and out of workflows.

With the Surface products heavily focused on pen and ink inputs, it would be awesome if Visio supported a true pen and inking experience for drawing flowcharts and diagrams. Once a user physically draws their diagram(s) and / or flowcharts with their pen and ink, then convert that diagram into digital with corresponding workflows.

Similar to LucidChart's ability to embed a link that is viewable on other sites. We want to create diagrams and embed them within our internal documents. Right now that does not work because it requires you to "sign in"

Need the ability to do single line electrical drawings or electrical schematics. There are some templates there that are geared more towards networking systems. These do not have the correct terminology or the correct symbols. Other than that, systems works great.

It is not currently possible to have clickable image overlays in the Visio Online app part. This was functionality supported in legacy Visio Services and we desperately need it back!

It would be great if we can do a search or find objects through multiple pages in Visio Online. Currently, you can only find objects if you are on that page where the object(s) is/are located.

If I am a document owner, have the option to turn on notifications when any other person comments or edits the document.

Ability to use something like '@' to tag other users in my org or with document permissions so that a question or comment can be directed to them within a comment. Then that user could be notified of the new comment that refers to them.

Is it really a big problem add to MS Visio “round coordinate mode”? Now, after copying, (with grid) new objects looks so ugly.
