When a user (who is not logged into SharePoint) is viewing a Visio visual in a PowerBI report, they are usually prompted to sign into SharePoint which is intended. However sometimes they just receive a message saying "Sorry, something went wrong
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))" with no place for them to login. Is there anyway you can fix this so it asks them to sign in 100% of the time instead of just giving them an error message? Thanks!

atm you can refresh data in a visio but you must then manually add/delete shapes from your diagram, would be nice to see this automated

The advanced data graphics make in Visio isn't show by Power BI ... i create a data graphic with name of boxes and when i export to power bi i can't watch it ... and the versión of VALUES del visio in power BI, when you put it in TEXT, the text doesn't show inside the box instead of cross all tha box.

Import Visio Shape Data
We can currently import the visual. I would like to also import custom shape data (e.g., status, owner).
My current workaround is to generate a Shape Report from visio, save as excel file, and import into PBI. But that requires manual steps to refresh the data.

Support for a higher shape count limit

Currently, text overlay is in Segoe UI font. and there is no way to change the font for Text values displayed in the Visio Visual (even though the Title font can be changed).
Visio Visual should allow changing font to use Symbol, Wingdings, Webdings, etc.

Ability to drill to a detail page in power bi via drill through filters using the id field in the visio custom visual.
I want to use the Visio Custom Visual to show my network on the overview page of my Power Bi report, then select a node on the custom visual, right-click and drill through to a detail page for that node.

Just few weeks back all our hyperlinks on visio were working on power bi. However, those hyperlinks have stopped working now.When user clicks on the objects, they just get highlighted. User can still open the hyperlinks by right clicking on visio shapes (box, lines etc.) and from the pop-up menu, selecting "Open in another tab". But I want the ability to navigate by clicking on the object rather than right click and select menu option.

Could you please help me fix this problem?

It would be great if there was an option on each color range that would create a gradient between two colors.

Currently it is very hard to create a nice fade.

Would be good if the value could set the line thickness or style of a shape. This would allow indication of 2 values on a single shape, one by colour and another by the line thickness or style.

One should be able to select multiple objects at the same time, like shift mouse click select in PowerBI slicer.

Currently, when using the custom Visio visual a user can grab and drag the diagram so that it moves within the diagram's frame. Also, after the report is published, the diagram "shifts" itself within the visual's frame.

I want to be able to display the diagram in a fixed location on the report. I don't want it to move, or for users to be able to move it.

Hello I would like to know if I can connect Microsoft Visio desktop with power Bi desktop?

Lets say we have a visual of office created in visio and two tables (datasets) one considering employee performance (some kind of grade) and second one lets say date when monitor was manufactured. It would be great that we can color men and monitors based on two different criteria (grade for men, and date manufactured for monitors). That would definitely be useful, maybe not so much on this example as in general.

Allowing a document to be rendered in grayscale would enable visual queries to receive clearer attention. For example, if you have a floor plan and want to higlight free desks, then the desks could render in green and the rest of the diagram in gray(scale). This is possible in Visio currently, but means that every shape needs to carry both its 'normal' RGB and its grayscale equivalent. This is probably better attached at layer level and could then be used in Desktop, Online and PowerBI.

The colors available within Visio should match the (imported) theme so all graphs have the same look and feel.
