I paid 365 Office for Visio add-on. After i uploaded 365 then try again, now you are demanding extra pay for using full pack. I never ever seen before like this silly

Why can't the visualiser visualise my data? Why must it put its own data in that I then have to go through and edit? I should be able to click the visualiser and have it use my data, rather than insist on entering its own template that I then have to overwrite

I would need to create Excel flowcharts with my own "fields"
e.g.
Step Id, Next Step Id, Shape, Description (within the Shape) - thats normal.
I would need fields: Comment, Responsible, Input, Output. as POPup / when you hover with the mouse over the Shape. And most important a field like a circle to link procedures with others. In Excel and of course also in Visio.

whether you make changes on your Excel file or on your Visio file both files should be automatically updated.

Why even let me download the app if I can't use it without an institutional account. What is the point?

Please, please, please stop this madness with with Office products not working across different account types. I feel scammed if I buy Visio Pro and then I can't use all the good functions because it does not want to talk to a Excel Sheet if a personal account is used for Excel. This is madness!

I will get Access to the store and can also download this add in. If I try to load it I will get a message there is a Problem to load this add in. Please try it again. If I try it again I will get the same message

The addin says I have to sign in but gives no option to do so. I am signed in to Office 365 through Edge, OneDrive, Sharepoint. So it's useless. Perhaps I'm not signed in to the right thing, in which case I'd suggest adding a link to the request to sign-in, a link that goes to the proper place so that the user can sign in.

As a user creating a new diagram I want to be able to select an existing table that contains my process data. Currently the Add-in must create the data table.

I'm a 365 admin. Trying to deploy this to a test 365 account with my organization and getting the requested action failed.
