Keep getting an error with my microsoft login

Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'email@example.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'MS Public Cloud' and cannot access the application '8b130092-2f3b-4495-81d0-a94e9598eb21'(Visio Data Visualizer) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
The Data Visualizer add-in only supports signing in with an Microsoft 365 work or school account. It doesn’t support signing in with a personal account (hotmail.com, outlook.com etc.).
You may either:
• Sign in using a work or school account, if you have one.
• Or use the add-in without signing in which is a more limited experience.
